내 증조할머니 생신 축하해요
Irene Baker is my great-grandmother.

Today is her 100th birthday.

Dad says, “Jimmy, there is a special guest today.”

Now, the party is ready. My great-grandma joins us.

Dad says, “Everyone, there is a surprise guest!”

The door opens slowly.

A woman is standing there.

She is my great-grandmother’s twin sister, Margaret!

She is wearing a pink sweater.
그녀는 분홍색 스웨터를 입고 있었어요.
Now, everything makes sense.

“생일 축하해, 아이린!”
My mom and dad are lighting candles.
엄마와 아빠는 촛불에 불을 붙이고 있어요.
One hundred candles on the cake!
케이크 위에 촛불이 백 개나 있어요!
My great-grandmas say, “There are too many candles. Help us!”
우리 증조할머니들이 말했어요. “촛불이 너무 많아! 우리 좀 도와줘!”
So we all blow out the candles. Hoo!
그래서 우리 모두 함께 촛불을 껐어요. 후우!
